Our Story

From Concept to High Volume, Automated Factory

  • Our Roots

    Started in 2021 in a garage, Chatelet vowed to make additive manufacturing a go-to for end-use production. The business concept was to develop a system to find and launch new products quickly and cheaply and eventually build economies of scale to become a reliable and inexpensive 3D printing manufacturing company in the US.

  • Growth

    By 2022, we had already launched over 500 SKUs on Amazon and started finding success. We moved into a 3000 sq. ft. warehouse and were consistently maxing out our capacity while trying to grow. During that time, our mission evolved. We fused additive manufacturing and molding with concrete and other materials and began selling home decor items, prioritizing sustainability and affordability.

    In 2023, we started to realize true economies of scale and reached the milestone of over 1000 products on Amazon. We also doubled capacity and continued investing in technology, adding faster printers as well as large format graphics printing and laser engraving. As the 3D printing industry evolves, so do we. We're reshaping manufacturing by capitalizing on innovative technology.
