About Us
Founded in Orlando, Florida in 2020, Chatelet Manufacturing began with a clear mission: to harness the power of additive manufacturing to design, develop, and launch innovative products for the e-commerce world. Over the next few years, we created and released more than 1,500 unique products, many of which continue to sell successfully across Amazon and other online marketplaces.
As we grew, so did our vision.
By 2024, we recognized a growing need across industries for faster, more adaptable, and design-driven manufacturing solutions—especially here in the U.S. That realization led to our evolution into what we are today: a modern contract manufacturing company specializing in short-run production, industrial prototyping, and custom product development.
We now partner with entrepreneurs, startups, and established companies to bring products to life through:
-
Additive manufacturing & rapid prototyping
-
Contract manufacturing & bridge production
-
Design and engineering services for manufacturability
Whether you’re launching your first product or looking for a smarter, faster supply chain solution—Chatelet Manufacturing is here to help you build it.

Industrial
ASA Protector
Client Production Part - ASA Material (Similar to ABS) with UV resistance for outdoor use - Saved client approximately 50% from prior machining process.

Industrial
Nylon Spacer
Client Production Part - Nylon 12 Material for high chemical resistance - Saved client approximately 75% from prior machining process

Future Technology
Lattice Structures
We have the knowledge and experience to produce lattice structures in all of our parts when needed - for parts that need lighter weight and material reduction yet strong engineered performance. Available in most materials including TPU (Rubber-Like Materials)

SLA Products
We have an array of SLA 3D printers, for extremely nice detail and very complex parts - we can print in a variety of resin materials for high quality and high precision designs

TPU Products
We have perfected the ability to mass produce TPU products at a low cost - including with embedded magnets or electronics - these products are flexible, very strong, and have great chemical resistance
