Production 3D Printing for Parts You Order Again and Again
Chatelet Manufacturing is a US-based contract manufacturer in the Orlando, FL area. We run 85+ FDM production printers across 30+ validated engineering materials, making functional end-use plastic parts for industrial customers.
Our sweet spot is repeat production: parts you need 100 to 1,000+ at a time, on a recurring schedule. Sometimes that's a part you're machining or molding today and want made faster or cheaper. Often it's a brand-new part that needs a path to production without betting on a mold first.
FDM is our core, and we bring in SLA, SLS, injection molding and CNC machining when a part calls for it. We pick the process that fits the part, not the one we'd rather sell.
A Stronger American Industrial Base
The US runs on mid-market manufacturers: the shops and OEMs that build the equipment, components and systems everything else depends on. Too many of them are stuck with long overseas lead times, single-source parts, and tooling costs that make it hard to try anything new.

Made in the USA, start to finish
Every part is printed in our Florida facility. Our core PCTG comes from 3D Fuel, a US filament maker, so your material doesn't route through overseas supply either.

Once a part is validated, we lock in its material, print settings and orientation, so every reorder comes off the same recipe.

We operate under a written quality management system, inspect parts before they ship, and provide a Certificate of Compliance on request.

Why We Built Chatelet
Jacob Kerby and Ryan Baskins founded Chatelet in 2021. We started out designing and selling our own printed products, which taught us how to run a printer farm at volume: tight process control, consistent output, and real throughput.
Along the way we kept meeting manufacturers stuck with bad options for their plastic parts. Machining was expensive per part, molds took months and five figures, and overseas suppliers added lead time and risk. So we turned the farm toward what we do best: production runs for US businesses.
Today our team, led on the floor by Director of Operations Adam Steinfeld, runs production every day in Altamonte Springs. We believe a stronger country needs a stronger manufacturing base, and we want Chatelet to help rebuild it.
