ENGINEERING MATERIALS

These are our most popular functional, production-grade thermoplastics used in industrial applications across aerospace, automotive, consumer, defense, and medical sectors:

TPU (Shore 60A to 95A)

-Flexible and durable

-Great for gaskets, grips, seals, and dampeners

-Can be used with lattice structures for advanced cushioning

Nylon (PA6, PA12, PA-CF, PA-GF)

-Excellent wear resistance and strength

-Self-lubricating, low friction

-Ideal for gears, housings, enclosures, and bushings

-Available in composite-filled grades

ABS / ASA

-Great impact resistance

-Smooth surface finish

-ASA adds UV resistance for outdoor parts

-Popular for enclosures, panels, and functional prototypes

PETG / PET-CF

-High strength with chemical and moisture resistance

-More dimensionally stable than PLA

-Good for brackets, jigs, and end-use parts

Polycarbonate (PC)

-High heat and impact resistance

-Great dimensional stability and optical clarity

-Excellent for tooling and industrial housings

Polypropylene (PP)

-Lightweight, fatigue-resistant, and semi-flexible

-Chemical-resistant for tanks, caps, and living hinges

ADVANCED COMPOSITES

Advanced Industrial Materials for High-Performance 3D Printing

PA6-CF / PA12-CF (Nylon + Carbon Fiber)

-Lightweight and incredibly strong

-Temperature resistance up to 150°C (300° F)

-Applications:
Structural brackets, drone arms, housings, end-of-arm tooling, jigs & fixtures, Robotics components, prosthetics, motor mounts, enclosures, high-end production parts

PA-GF (Nylon + Glass Fiber)

-Stiffer alternative to PA-CF

-Higher dimensional stability and less warping

-Excellent for structural parts and outdoor use

-Applications:
Industrial housings, automotive panels, outdoor mechanical parts
Notes: Great for high rigidity where impact resistance is less critical

PPS-GF20

Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) + 20% Glass Fiber

-Industrial-grade chemical and thermal resistance (HDT ~260°C)

-Flame retardant (UL94 V-0), dimensionally stable, low moisture absorption

-Used for metal-replacement in chemical, electrical, or high-heat applications

-Ideal for aerospace, automotive under-hood parts, pumps, valves, and tooling

We are one of the few contract manufacturers equipped to handle volume PPS-GF20 with correct thermal controls and high-temp hardware — making us the ideal partner for customers needing functional, real-world replacements for machined PPS, PEEK, or Ultem parts at lower cost and faster turnaround.

Lattice Structures

We have the knowledge and experience to produce lattice structures in all of our parts when needed - for parts that need lighter weight and material reduction yet strong engineered performance. Available in most materials including TPU (Rubber-Like Materials)

SLA Products

We have an array of SLA 3D printers, for extremely nice detail and very complex parts - we can print in a variety of resin materials for high quality and high precision designs

TPU Products

We have perfected the ability to mass produce TPU products at a low cost - including with embedded magnets or electronics - these products are flexible, very strong, and have great chemical resistance
