The Honest Trade-Off
Printed bridge parts are functionally comparable for most applications but not cosmetically identical to molded parts — FDM shows layer lines where molds are glossy. If your part's selling surface is a Class-A finish, we'll tell you the bridge covers function, not showroom cosmetics, and help you decide whether that works for your launch. And if your volumes never actually justify the mold, we'll tell you that too — permanent printed production may simply be the better end state.
